A single senior women posted on Porch Pirates Brantford, that she just had someone try to break into her home when she was home alone. This was the second B&E attempt in just over a year. Each time the women was home alone. It is a frightening experience and she is living in fear in her own home. This woman wanted to warn other women in her community.

Kelly Hurley trolled this older woman, making fun of her for some spelling errors. Kelly was rude, degraded and belittled her. Other members of the group got upset at Kelly over her callous behavior and said they would never use Hurley Real Estate.

Kelly Hurley said, she would not want "losers" as clients. Kelly Hurley's behavior was outrageous.

The rental unit offered at this address has a single washing machine which must be connected to the kitchen sink in order to work; little to no insulation which led to an average interior temperature of 10° Celsius (which is a violation of tenant safety laws).

The landlord, Michael, also failed to give his tenants the correct keys for their respective rooms which led to one tenant being locked out of their room. He had also provided a tenant with a lease that did not have the correct date on it, so when she did sign it and he would be able to reject it and say “I have never seen this before” when she told him to check his email for the signed copy she had sent in.

In response to my original review, Michael had replied to it by revealing the name of one of his tenants, of which had a private business relationship to him in the form of a lease agreement in an attempt to discredit my review. He had also attempted to sell the building during the middle of the lease agreement a couple times, offering no sort of guarantee for the tenants that they would need to find alternative housing. He has begun showing the units off well after many other student rentals in the area had already been taken as well. Nowhere in his reply did he say anything that would indicate I was incorrect about the invalid lease dates, only that I was “free to call him anytime”.

After seeing my review, he got an alleged employee to leave a 5 star review to try and balance out the overall stars. There is much more I could say about Hurley Real Estate, but all I will conclude with is that they are of a poor moral caliber.

Never heard of this lady until scrolling on Facebook and seeing her malicious comments towards a single women who had someone attempt to break into her house. The poster used ‘brake’ instead of ‘break’ and Kelly was quick to troll the poster for spelling. Saying that ‘in Canada people spell things correctly’ which is completely out of line, and then goes onto saying that she’s been in business for so long & that she doesn’t care about having loser clients. The way this women conducts herself online is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know who she is, and just from seeing her name on Facebook I now know of her and know to NEVER use her as a realtor.

Ps. If you’re going to be condescending, rude & disrespectful make sure you don’t have your business all over your public profile.
