My fridge stopped working in my unit at Nautique. Unit has only been occupied since November. I reported this when it happened as the fridge is under warranty and 13 WEEKS LATER ITS STILL NOT REPLACED. It's just been a horrible experience

Steven was swift on reviewing the concern related to the water damage and I really appreciated his prompt and detailed responses. The matter is going to be closed in a few days but I couldn’t wait to thank him for all his hard work so far. His constant communication with updates really helped me reduce my stress levels as water damage issues can be major. I really wished this is the kind of service that is provided on a consistent basis, would really increase client satisfaction!

My experience with this builder was extremely disappointing. I primarily dealt with Vennessa, and I found her approach concerning, as there were numerous instances of misinformation seemingly aimed at securing a sale. While I won’t delve into every detail here due to space limitations, I have filed a formal complaint with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA).

The HCRA has informed me that Adi Developments is currently under review, with potential implications for their license. You can verify this information on the HCRA website under Licensing & Compliance > Regulatory Activities and Enforcement, by searching for Adi Developments Lakeshore. There, you’ll see the specific conditions they are required to meet.

In my experience, both the builder and their solicitor, Spadafora, demonstrated deceptive practices. If you’ve encountered similar issues with this builder, I encourage you to reach out to HCRA
