Thanks to Mark for selling our Moms home after she past away last October. My Mom had chosen Mark well before she passed away to sell her home. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very lucky to have Mark on my side. He is very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and strategic. Mark explained to me everything from real estate regulations to the physical details such as pipes and flooring. Through Mark's advice and negotiation, I got the condo for 14k below the list price. My wife and I first encountered Mark when we went to the open house for a place we really liked. Although we had considered working with another agent at the time, we began talking to Mark and appreciated how honest, informative, and helpful Mark was. He very thoroughly answered our questions about the unit and other questions about the real estate process as we were first time home buyers. About a week goes by and we were still thinking about how helpful and thorough Mark was, that we decided to make him our agent. We could not have been happier with that decision. As mentioned, he was unbelievably helpful and informative. He was always available to promptly answer our questions and inquire further where needed. We had a really unexpected tricky issue arise that was caught by our lawyer and Mark was there every step of the way and went above and beyond the call of duty. He always worked in our best interests and worked diligently to get us into our lovely new home. On top of that, he was also able to connect us with contacts and advice that will help us with our new journey with home ownership. My wife and I first met Mark when he knocked on the door a few years ago. My wife's brother-in-law had been our agent, but moved to BC. We told Mark that we were thinking of selling our house in the future and moving into our condo that was being rented out. Mark kept in touch and we had a good feeling about him, so when our tenant left and we needed help re-renting, we asked Mark. He did a wonderful job with all the complicated vetting and paperwork and we had it rented out within a week. He is very hard-working, professional and explains all the difficult-to-understand details in plain language. We highly recommend him to anyone.
