One of the worst realtors I have ever dealt with. He sold us a pre-construction house without providing any relevant information. Being new to Ontario, we were unfamiliar with the housing laws here. After consulting with other realtors and builders to resell the property, we discovered that he had lied to us about everything.

On top of that, he failed to get the required RECA documents signed before closing the deal and only did so four months later. This clearly shows his lack of knowledge about the real estate process. He also never explained key documents like the Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) or the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS).

After we posted a negative review about him, he called us and asked us to remove it— which likely explains why he only has positive reviews on Google.

If you’re planning to buy a house in Ontario, please find someone else. We don’t want you to experience the same hassle and stress we went through due to his dishonesty. He fails to disclose critical information about the housing market and laws in Ontario. If you trust him, you’ll likely face unpleasant surprises, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. He lacks knowledge about the Canadian housing market and seems to prioritize his own profits over his clients’ interests. For your own sake, stay away from this realtor.
