We have been very impressed with our experience at Georgian Court. There are great amenities, it is very kid friendly and the units are well maintained and spacious. The real difference is the staff though. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly, very responsive and go above and beyond to ensure any issues are promptly fixed and residents are comfortable. I would highly recommend Georgian Court to anyone looking to rent in Burlington.

Ryan and Adam provide exceptional service! Their response time is incredibly fast, and they're highly skilled at maintaining units. Communication is a breeze, and they get things done quickly and efficiently. As a bonus, they're great with pets - my dog loves them! "I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the prompt and efficient service provided by the maintenance team. Despite submitting my work order late on Tuesday night, I was impressed that Kandice had Ryan and Adam scheduled to address it by Wednesday morning. They resolved the [issue] quickly and effectively, which was a great relief." Ryan and Adam have always been so nice and friendly that you hope something breaks just so they can come over and fix it (lol). As well as Kandice always willing to lend a ear if you need to talk. Great job guys!

The Georgian Court Estates is a wonderful place to live. The team that takes care of the Estates are efficient, professionnal, the grounds are well kept.

This has been the most pleasant renting experience for me by far!!

My teens and I love the amenities in our complex: the pool, basketball and tennis courts. It's also a very pet friendly place, with doggy-waste stations (with poo bags 😊👏🐕) scattered conveniently around the property. Our neighbours are friendly and we feel safe and secure in this area.

A special shout out to the maintenance team, as they are extremely hard working and always come through in an emergency!! Thank you: Adam, Ryan, and Matt, the maintenance manager!

The office crew are professional, not to mention very kind and responsive, thank you, Jodi and Kandice!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Georgian Courts to anyone searching foe their next home.

I went to see a place in Georgian Court Estates and it was absolutely beautiful! Not to mention the management team were so friendly, kind and absolutely welcoming! I knew right there and then this is where I wanted to live.

The process with applying was a little unorganized on my end however Kandice and Jody were so patient with me and so supportive! They were amazingly understanding and so friendly even via email. I'm actually so happy to have met them both and I am ecstatic to move in.

Absolutely overjoyed!! Our family moved in a few days ago and we are so blessed. Kandice, Jodi and the maintenance guys are freakin fantastic. A few minor problems occurred which can and will happen to anyone moving to a new place and we totally understood. We called maintenance, they came almost instantly (even when they were crazy busy helping other residents) and our minor glitches were fixed asap!! Kandice and Jodi we truly appreciate all you did to help our family to move in. We feel so comfortable and secure already. Our neighbour even offered to help my husband move stuff in which was so incredibly sweet. We can't honestly thank you enough for the warm welcome Georgian Court has brought us so far 🙂
