I’ve had a great experience living at this building. The property management team is very responsive and professional—any maintenance issues I’ve had were resolved quickly and efficiently. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities (like the gym and rooftop) are a huge plus. It’s also a quiet and safe environment, which I really appreciate. Kudos to an exceptional team! Diner & Edgar from Maintenance, along with Edna, Mae & Hara from the back office, expertly manage and maintain 23 storey building with dedication & impressive speed ,definitely no easy feat! They tackle every task with efficiency & a smile.This is what truly sets them apart whole management is friendly & approachable!

Excellent Service from Kuya Edgar from Maintenance!

Kuya Edgar did an outstanding job fixing our shower issue. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough in his work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it resolved in no time. It's not easy to find someone this reliable and efficient. Thank you, Kuya Edgar!
