Today I had the opportunity to visit Applewood on the Park. It's a very beautiful building; they've renovated their apartments, it will make your stay more comfortable! The manager is a very knowledgeable and kind person. 100% recommended.

I’ve been a resident of Applewood for many years, and sadly, this place has gone downhill. What used to be a quiet and respectful community has turned into a noisy, chaotic mess since the arrival of new families from Ukraine. The atmosphere has noticeably changed. Children run around screaming in shared areas, kicking balls against buildings, and disturbing everyone’s peace. The parents? They just sit there, completely ignoring the constant noise and disruptions. I want to emphasize that I respect all immigrants and value diversity in our community.
It feels like there are no rules anymore, no consideration for neighbors, and no management presence to address these ongoing problems. The peaceful atmosphere that once made Applewood a nice place to live is completely gone. If you value quiet, respect, and basic community standards, I would strongly think twice before moving here.

I had an amazing experience in an apartment tour in this building. Supervisors and building managers are great! They are welcome to show you what you want, and explain everything to you, very patient and understanding 💖 The building by itself is very clean and tidy! I will recommend this building and managers to everyone!

Ми з чоловіком і дитиною нещодавно оглядали апартаменти в Applewood on the Park і залишилися дуже задоволені. Квартира простора, світла, з хорошим плануванням. Вид з вікон дуже гарний, навколо багато зелені — відчувається спокій і затишок.

Хочемо окремо подякувати пані Мірі та пані Шині за теплий прийом і чітке пояснення всіх деталей. Вони були дуже приємні у спілкуванні та створили хороше враження ще з першої зустрічі.

Будинок доглянутий, в під’їзді чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Дуже зручно, що поруч розташовані парк, зупинки, магазини та інші важливі місця.

Ми щиро сподіваємося на схвальне рішення щодо нашого заселення. Це житло виглядає саме таким, у якому хочеться почати новий, стабільний і спокійний етап сімейного життя.

This is the best rental building ever!
The apartment is excellent: absolutely new, spacious, with all that you need inside the unit. The building is very clean and quiet.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The community manager Mira is always ready to help. Any questions is solving immediately.
The territory around the building is amazing: swimming pool, BBQ area, flowers, green grass.
I am really happy to be part of this community and appreciate the Applewood on the park Team for their excellent job.
