I remember when we first met Carlo at a house warming event on one of our churchmate in Hamilton which happens to be his client as well. At first we didn’t know if we could afford a house and if we are ready to have our own. We are a small family of 4 with a 4 yr old daughter and a 2 yr old son and were hopeful to get our first home. We didn’t know if we should even buy a house, or even if we had a right to dream about what we want because we were worried about our finances.

Carlo changed all of that when we had a formal appointment with him and assessed our finances. We started to believe that we can get our own house and he guide us on the step by step process and the things the we need to know as a first time home buyer.

Carlo was always available for questions, for home tours and even spend extra time with us talking about what's next and actively sending us list of houses that is within our budget and what he thinks fits our needs.

After about 10 to 15 houses we finally found our dream property and Carlo did everything necessary to make sure that we will be able to get the property without compromising the quality and ensure that no hidden problem will surprise us once we bought it.

Carlo is with us on every step of the way, guiding us and teaching us on what to look for, how to do things and introducing us to people that can help us. Even during the closing process he help us and always available on taking questions and giving us advise.

All in all, now that we’ve moved in and renovated minor stuff in the house, Carlo still shares excitement in our before and after pictures and feels more like a trusted friend than just another real estate agent. We couldn’t be more happy with the service that we received from Carlo and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know! He treat us not just a client but a family. Thank You Carlo.
