It's too bad there are only 5 stars, because Cassie and Joseph should have a rating FAR above that! I attempted to sell my property for over a year, had the misfortune of dealing with 4 ineffective realtors (I was a realtor myself in Hamilton for 49 years). The property finally sold after 14 months, but the transaction didn't close because there was a shortfall on closing and the realtor that did nothing was unwilling to accept $22,000
instead of $33,000 for commission.
From the time that I contacted Hamilton House Buyers until it was a firm deal was NINE days!
Mine was a difficult transaction but Joseph stuck with me and the transaction completed successfully, he even put me in touch with an excellent lawyer (my lawyer had retired). The offer was fair and equitable. My biggest regret is that I didn't contact them at the beginning of the whole process.
So do yourself a favour, contact Cassie and Joseph before going through all the aggravation I went through, you won't regret it!
