My wife and I wanted to move to a small town to retire. We looked online and found what would turn out to be our new home. Durham Ontario is where we found Kirstine Cassidy Realty Group selling a brand new home. We met Sarah Bohnert and she was absolutely awesome. She walked through some of the worst mud just to show us the outside of the house. Once inside, she showed us around the house, answering all of our questions. Sarah was able to help us make changes to the inside through the builder and has been very accommodating allowing us to come and see the house on short notice. We appreciate the great service that Sarah and Kirstine Cassidy Realty have given us. If you're planning on moving to West Grey, call them!

We decided to list our much loved home in an insane market to simply see what we could potentially be offered. We called Tracey and her team and made her aware of our intentions. From the moment she sat down with us at our home, her sincerity and experience shone through. She was upfront and honest from the get go. She shared her ideas, market trends and best / worst case scenarios. Everything she shared with us, played out exactly as she had explained.

The short of the long is our house sold in four days well above asking price. Tracey and Livia were there every step of the way to answer texts, phone calls and email promptly at any hour.
