Company has horrible management they go back on what they say. Also they have the worst property managers the lady that manages 2945 Avonhurst is horrible she lets certain apartments have animals and they others not when we live in same building also lets one person use the visitor spot and no one else she threats too tow everyone else and does get vehicles towed. Thank god we moved too a better place. Also had a crap ton of ants in our building and they haven’t paided back my damage yet even tho my place was cleaned out. Forgot to change one light bulb like smh save you money don’t rent with them it goes good until you leave then they will screw you over.

The PR managers at Fines Drive are very responsive and quick to make the small things in the suite get repaired in a timely manner.
