Very bad people and terrible service. They house I was renting from them was 1332 Rupert St fully bed bugs and I have pictures and videos for that. So many people are renting from them, such a friend and family members having same situation. Sami and Azad both of them lying and thefts. Again they are terrible company and not truthful. Never trust this company

I signed a month to month contract with them in August last year as a room rental, and in December I was notified of the end of the contract and moved to another house. I notified them a month ago in November of move out and received the message to receive my $500 deposit after I left. After moving to another place, I asked them to get my deposit back, but they didn't return my deposit because I didn't get someone in the room I left. Nothing in the contract said that I should get someone in the room after I left.

I went to the office and complained, but they responded in a very brazen manner, and I have been out of the house for two months and haven't had my Deposit back. Never sign a house contract with them. They're such a scam group, and you'll never get your Deposit back.

Trying to keep over half our damage deposit after we lived in the same unit for 4 years as respectful tenants. Had us live in a house infested house and never fixed a thing. Avoid at all costs

They are thief, if you are giving your damage deposit thinking you’ll get it back . you will not, they took it and will never pick your calls. And if you tell them you will report them in ORT department they send you half and will keep the other half and will the ORT department that they gave to a company for cleaning the house as it was very dirty and not cleaned, SUMMING UP IS THEY STEAL THE DAMANGE DEPOSITS, NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY .

Alis construction did an excellent job rebuilding kitchen including kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and basement in my house! The workers were prompt and professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. The work was very well done. Everything has been working great and they are prompt with responding to any questions.

It is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNREASONABLE & RUDE company I have ever met and dealt in my life! The workers are literally "picked up from the street". Nobody knows what they are doing. They don't have any proper PPE or safety tools or work clothes, etc. Especially it is ZERO KNOWLEDGE on what they suppose to do. manager/owner lied to an OHS in front of me & my entire family, telling untruthful information about how his constructors were working, but he hasn't been even on site for more than 30 min. He lied about this fact as well to an OHS.
