Incredibly unprofessional, rude, and condescending. First day in our rental we knew we needed our lease to be over, place was disgusting and had dirt caked everywhere, window sills, baseboards, tops of cabinets, any surface that can get dirty was disgusting. We reached out and they told us their cleaners “didn’t have time” and offered to have them come in while we were already moved into the property so it was useless to us.

A month in our washer stops working August 13th, we let them know asap and it took them till September 28th to replace it, the company that replaced it ended up not hooking up correctly, long story short we had a flood and reached out to see what could be done, just to be told we were “not taking this seriously” verbatim. We were hung up on and told to get towels and deal with it.

We also were told during our walkthrough that our air exchanger (the machine that heats up the rental unit!!) was going to be fixed as it was broken and unusable. Not surprising that our entire stay there through our winter months we were forced to use the wall heaters that were actively burning themselves up because no one ever reached back out to us about it.

When looking for properties we specified we wanted a working dishwasher, first run of it it’s leaking everywhere and we’re told “well the sink still works”. We would not have been interested in the property had we known it didn’t work.

I’ve rented my whole life and this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

We are renters and they gave us 24 hours notice to access our place, which is fine. We asked if they could come a bit earlier, a simple request, no demand or other bad attitude. The response was 'no, we need to come as notified. Will you grant access or should we bring a locksmith?' This is our first interaction with this person so don't understand the reason for the threat - totally uncalled for. This is not professional.

The application process was very easy, response times were great! We were able to view several different properties in one weekend and closed on one the same day we viewed it. Kathy and her team have been great to deal with, the office is great to visit and any issues or concerns are always dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. It's nice having a mediator between us and any property owners or condo boards. It's great not having to worry about sketchy landlords who don't care about their properties/tenants or having your deposit stolen. I will absolutely be signing another lease when the time comes and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for hassle free renting

Edit: Kathy has also dealt with noisy neighbors for us and doesn't mind going to bat for her tenants/owners. We don't have to worry about a single thing in the process and have so much peace of mind where we are.

I DO NOT recommend the use the services of this company. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and do not answer queries [ even when we send via written documents]. They are not good at their job and extremely rude over the phone, do not provide the services listed in the contract and are quick to charge you money. They are causing extra headache for my family.
