Cockroaches in all unit, they do only formality treatments. Its been more than 3 months and they haven’t provided any solution

Very poor office personnel can never get ahold of anyone when you have a issue or a emergency.
They never get rid of issue tenants been more then a month long of someone pulling the fire alarm at all hours of the day and night on different floors of the building and they won't do anything to rectify the issue by far the worst place to live highly don't recommend it to anyone

Worst place in fort mcmurray to live the apartment building has cockroaches and when we reported it they did nothing they never give back damage deposit even if there was no damage done and the ladies in the office are the rudest people I have ever seen they do nothing about noise complaints and never plow the parking lot or put sand on ice I fell down and hurt my shoulder and they still done nothing my advice to anyone considering north view apartments don't living in a dump would be better
