We recently bought a house with Felix. He is a very professional person, the most involved and caring realtor (and service provide for that matter) I've worked with. The was so patient through all our questions and many open houses we attended, and never pushed us to buy. He constantly tried to find out all the small details that might affect our decision or that sellers may try to hide to make sure we're making a very informed decision. He keeps us informed with market trends which we suggest everyone to subscribe to.
