Mike was a fantastic realtor until the day we moved in. He arrived to welcome us and help move our piano in (amazing, right? But we had already done it). We were frantically trying to turn the water off, and call the city as there was a large leak in the main line coming into the house. We asked him, ‘aren’t we supposed to receive the house in good working order?’ And we never saw him again. Not even a customary bottle of wine or chocolate bar.

About a year later, we were invited to the customer appreciation day and I replied to the email that I certainly didn’t feel very appreciated. Mike’s response was that he had no idea the leak was such a big deal.

In conclusion, he’s a good enough realtor until something goes wrong.
