Philippa is an outstanding realtor and we want to share our experience and recommendation of her service. We are a military family with a number of moves under our belts. We contacted Philippa in early 2021 to help us purchase a house in the Comox Valley from the US. We were not able to travel in person due to Covid restrictions so we worked virtually. She walked us through houses while on video and was detailed in her explanations. We ended up not finding a house we wanted to purchase at that time and instead secured a rental.
