Before selling, I considered numerous different Realtors. However, no one knew how to market, price, or understand CAP rates that were integral to listing this property. Then I found Corey.

During the process, Corey was honest and gave great advice. He didn't pressure me to take the first offer, or second offer, or third offer I received because he believed in the value of the investment. Many realtors would push for a quick sale. This was not the case here.

If you want someone who is truly committed to representing your best interests as a client, you found your guy.
