Nathan's previous time in the military means they really understand how military moves work which is a huge asset for anyone in the CF. Also, their skill sets and personalities complement each other very well which makes them a highly effective team. You really are getting two for the price of one with these guys which comes in handy since one of them is almost always available for a phone call if you need it. We took full advantage of this during our house hunt since we were 4 time zones away conducting virtual viewings and these two made it work seamlessly.

It has been just over one month since my husband and I moved onto our forever property, and Kim and Nate (The King Group) were pivotal to us maintaining steady forward motion towards this goal – even during multiple incidents of ‘never could have seen it coming’.

The Kim 🙂 The Kim that is creative and professionally warm; possesses social and emotional intelligence; and has a sharp eye for highlighting the best of a living space. Never once did Kim make us feel that our home wasn’t enough – she entered to only find the best that already existed and helped it to sparkle a wee bit more. A splash of green brings any space to life!
On the day of photos, I observed meaningful facets of Kim’s professional side. Kim had a new realtor accompany her to expose them to the design fundamentals of setting a space for photos. Kim was kind yet brisk with her verbal instructions and was engaging yet efficient with her demonstrations. Best of all? Kim was respectful and treated her new co-worker’s questions as opportunities to translate and consolidate her own knowledge and experience without condescension or ego.
