Agents known to me from previous dealings, that should have been my first red flag. Main agent went missing for a week during the bid process, yes he was having a kid but told me has was good to go! The winning strategy was mine, I had to push real hard to get him to communicate accordingly with buying agent. They will miss a number of guidance items, it’s essential that you accentuate items that require action. Lastly they are nice guys but not repairman, don’t let them try to fix anything in your house as it will end up costing you in the end. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge about the Comox Valley, seemingly knows everyone, and went so far above and beyond (I mean that, he got his hands dirty helping with the septic inspection! Thankfully so, they found issues that would have been a huge problem for us down the line!)

He showed up on weekends and lined up viewings with almost no notice. There were some late nights in there as well to make sure that the transaction happened.
