It’s pretty and all, but definitely too low of a building in a much too busy spot for so many windows. Very fishbowl like unless you keep the blinds closed. Also gets extremely hot in the summer as there’s no A/C and the sun just beats in the windows for 5 months. Floors also stain very easily. Ended up having to get my balcony renovated since they didn’t do it right the first time. Was in construction for 3 months with people walking through my place and working on my balcony everyday. Got zero compensation. Nice people but the place is meh.

The Cubes building vibrates all day, no sleeping. All tenants conversations travel through the venting system on top floor. The sliding glass doors freeze shut in the winter. I am pretty sure this place was never inspected to code standards.Its smoke n mirrors, but I will stay to get problems fixed so no one else has to live this nightmare. Sincerely Darlene McMillan. Waiting for a response from manager. Cleaning n small repairs r happening. Vibrations have possibly been fixed. Sliders are still an issue as they require towels in tracks during heavy rains. Helpful management.
