In July/August 2025 we have been viewing apartments at 801 Ryan Road with Taylor, Broadstreet Properties Rental Associate. Taylor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The apartments, amenities and atmosphere is very welcoming. I feel the square footage/rental fee is fair. I would recommend renting at this location.

Do not rent here whatsoever.
I'm a past employee so I know the ins and outs of that place.
And I can tell you this. The overcharging of these places is not worth it for what they give you. These places are crap from head to toe. Quite literally they literally fall apart.

And whatever you do, do not try to get a job here. They are a horrible company to work for. They do not care about their staff whatsoever
And they will screw you over tremendously. Specifically the manager of Glenn Hart views. She contradicts everything that she says.

So just a warning to everybody I would never rent here in a million years even if they were able to give employees discounts which they don't at all. They never helped their employees out. They charge way too much for these crappy places. And do not get a job here. It will stress you out tremendously to a depression you don't want to be in.

If your looking for an apartment that overcharges you on suites, has limited spacing, charges you 50 bucks extra for having to hold a piece of paper for you (your electric bill) even though it sits on a desk for 1 day before they mention they have it. People will park in your spot that you pay $60 for all the time and managers are never in the office especially when you need to speak to them. Paint on walls chips to the flick of a finger so they can refuse to give you your damage deposit back. Also maintenence workers will just walk straight into your apartment after just texting you moments prior. Yes my girlfriend woke up to a stranger in the apartment with no legal notice other than a strange text moments before. DO NOT TRUST BROADSTREET!

As someone new to the community it took some time to secure a space of my own. My suite is spacious & a very pleasant environment. For the most part the tenants are pleasant and respectful. The staff I've dealt with have been pleasant & helpful. I do wish there was
bike storage, additional storage & more visitor parking. Hopefully it will come once the complex settles & all suites are full.

Despite all the negative problems in this new building I give a huge shoutout to the maintenance guy who is the only one who is managing all the repairs for all 3 buildings! Response time is quick and always tries to problem solve on the first visit for a maintenance problem. Other than that this is a great place to live.

My overhall experience with Glenhart Views as been really good… there was a few snags here and there because of a new construction but , they were really swift in fixing the small problems that came up… The personnel was awsome and very friendly… Kudos to everyone!!!👍👍😊
