My husband and I were looking for a house with particular needs and Gerald Walsh kept us in mind when listings came up. We just got our first home thanks to Gerald! Gerald Walsh/ owner and agent extraordinaire!

First of all, there needs to be an option for 12 stars!

We have bought and sold many properties in the Kimberley/cranbrook area over the past 20 years and have used different real estate agents or self represented. Never have I have ever met someone as professional, dedicated that went above and beyond like Gerald Walsh to sell our property!

My situation was unique and very challenging.
When many would’ve shied away, Gerald jumped in and embraced the challenge. He is an incredible human with an attentive ear, a phenomenal real estate agent who knows exactly how to get the job done and an all around wonderful pleasant person to deal with!

He went out of his way in many aspects to help sell the home quickly and facilitating everything. He also replies very quickly when you send a text or a phone call, which I appreciated immensely.

If you want your house sold quickly, professionally… Gerald is your guy ! Thank you again for everything Gerald 😁 12 stars !
