Rob was amazing! This was my first time getting a home inspection and I’m a first time home buyer. He was so friendly and kind and made the process very easy! He suggested I join him while he did the inspection and took time to teach me all about the house I wanted to purchase! He is very knowledgeable and very patient! He took lots of time to make sure I understood the condition of the home! Seriously, I was shocked at how great my experience was and was glad my realtor suggest Rob! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Every now and then you run into a service provider who delivers far more than you had expected. Such was the case when I engaged with Rob of Rockybuilt Home Inspections. From first contact over the phone, through completion of the site inspections and right up to the delivery of my reports, he performed everything in a timely and professional manner.
