Ryan is an absolute superstar! Of course many realtors are, so its important to specify what made Ryan go above and beyond. So here’s the list:

- In our primary home that we bought from him in 2020, we spent a lot of time. Moving from the city onto an acreage into a home that needed a lot of renovations was a big decision for us, and Ryan was extremely patient while we churned through the decision to buy.
- My parent’s home - I truly feel if it wasn’t for Ryan, I may not have had that home, which is honestly the PERFECT home and location for my elderly parents. Offers were coming in after it was conditionally sold, and he kept me on track with everything that needed to happen and kept me sane in a stressful time to get the deal done.
- Another exercise in patience for Ryan, we were looking at a place in Crawford Bay that we found out after we made an offer that there were some things that we needed to counter. Ryan led us through some new territory and we are grateful for his guidance.
- last but not least, we reached out on an ad in Creston for a dishwasher that his wife posted. When he found out it was us, he gave it to us. What a gem!

All in all, he has led us down three different transactions and none have been straight forward. I appreciate his experience, guidance and patience. It has made these big decisions a lot easier having him in our corner.

Ryan sold my family home for my children and I, and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. He was professional, attentive and went above and beyond. In fact, he even helped me get some lights working in my home and did baseboards with me! As a single mother, this extra attentiveness was especially appreciated.
The photos that he took of my home, the advertisements and the descriptions were all spot on and really made my home shine. He ensured that we were on the same page, and as a result my home sold for full list price in less then a day! He understood the market, priced it above average and really honed in on the demographic that it needed.
