Most dishonest, scuzzy, joke of a rental company and there grunt minion employees. They shouldn't even be in existence from there lack of professionalism & lying ways. I always paid 2 months of rent & still was treated like a worthless tenant. I had an in home small business they were aware of, I even had them as customers. They removed my business and living, where 2 smalll children resisided as well, with 0 notice and acted like there were oblivious to even being aware of the business. I have the receipts from there employess using my services. I would NOT recommend this management company to anyone and if I could give them a 0 Star rating, I would. People working here and how they act should be ashamed of themselves.

Very disappointed with Action Property Management. They withheld our full damage deposit and charged an extra $300 for minor cleaning that would’ve taken 20 minutes at most. No proper explanation was given.

On top of that, Shaley was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Felt like we were completely taken advantage of. Would not recommend.Never going back

This is for 106 1617 108 Ave whoever is coming good luck to you. Let me start with my experience they don't value you as a human ok?
I came to this unit in Feb and managed to sleep in this hell ( noise problem you can't sleep in this situation). In March I complained about what they did nothing. I was like I am gonna go cuz this building has one person who could start shouting at night. If anyone wants proof I can give you then I talked to the police and the matter got sorted out.
Lastly, I asked to leave the building by 30 April and went to give them the rent on 1st April There were 2 of them I handed her $800 and she said no change I was like ok I will come back and give you $19.38. What's next on the 3rd she entered my apartment without any heads-up and left a notice you didn't pay this much leave this building by April 15th
Wow. I am gonna run with your $19.38 what about my damage deposit then?
Like wow, this is how you are doing your job. Don't trust these people.

Oh Sherrie is awesome in Dawson Creek she does not mince words If she has something to say but she is completely professional and I never had any problems renting from her

Action Property Management has to be one of the best and professional property management groups in Dawson Creek. I've been renting from them for over 10 years and haven't had any real issues.

Shelly, has been more than fair, however she also has a business to run. Don't be fearful of the negitive reviews, these are people who don't clean their place, pay their rent on time or have broken the lease (known as a Breach).

Terrible to work with. Waited a week without a call back, hung up on me when I asked about the application. Called again and they refused to give me any information about my application, saying no one else would either. Wouldn’t talk to me about missing information or any concerns. Was rude and hung up for a 3dr time. Harasssed my friend over her damage deposit, saying it wasn’t clean when she payed for a move out clean Pryor. Sad work lady’s. Clearly aware of there negative reviews and don’t care.

Be aware renting from Action, 100% you will loose your deposit if you are cleaned enough by professional cleaning service. She will charge you extra for all ifs and buts. I don’t think property owners will gain any money renting their house to this property management.
I have informed Action for for a short upcoming vacation, and rented private lawn moving company to do the lawn. However, our trip was canceled. Action Property charged us $250 for the dates we are physically present there and they did not even do the lawn.
Manager ( S…..y) is so rude and unprofessional.

One of the worst companies we've ever dealt with. We got a 6 month lease. When we moved in, the place was not very clean and in need of repairs. 3 out of 4 repairs were not completed by the time we moved out. We hired a professional cleaner who also stated she was surprised by the stuff that hadn't been cleaned when we moved in (for example a dishwasher that was so filthy it wasn't initially usable). When we left, the place was much cleaner AND we hired a professional cleaner that did an amazing job for the move out clean. Never the less Shelly "the manager" charged us 245 dollars out of our damage deposit for various made up items, including 70 dollars for "cleaning", 45 dollars for "repairs and maintenance" and 130 for steam cleaning she herself explicitly told us would not be required. Total rip off of a company and not nice people to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else. We don't normally leave google reviews, but this company's attitude to business and towards other people is so atrocious we feel it has to be mentioned.
