Sarah is an exceptional realtor who goes above and beyond to help client’s buy their dream home and sell their existing one. We were her first-ever clients and were so impressed that it did not feel that way — if we hadn’t known, we would’ve assumed she was a seasoned pro. Throughout the process, Sarah was extremely patient, respectful and honest. I had a very difficult time deciding to sell and she handled all of my, “What ifs?” with so much grace. We never once felt pressured into making decisions or like we were an inconvenience for asking countless questions. As a major bonus, Sarah is a talented interior designer and offered so many fabulous ideas that I never would’ve dreamt up myself. She helped us envision a house truly becoming our home.

What is often a naturally stressful process was actually made fun thanks to her candor. She really prioritizes her clients needs and made us feel so supported. We also worked with an additional realtor throughout this process, Carlie Smith, and were SO impressed by their teamwork and collaboration. They were an absolute dream team and we couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.

Great experience with a young talented realtor! We honestly knew nothing about buying or selling, so when I saw a house come up a second time that I really had previously loved I had to call in reinforcements. I knew things were going to move quickly, so she got us into see it the next day and we had an offer in 24 hours later with great step by step explanation the whole time! On acceptance panic set in, but she stayed calm and offered reassurance that we would be able to get our own house ready and listed.
