Kevin is the best there is. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He’s great to work with and he notices all of the little details that others might miss. His comparative market analysis is a unique benefit that will help you get the most for your home. Kevin helped me sell my first house (got over asking in 2 days) and I wouldn’t have gotten my second house if it wasn’t for his quick and hard work. He knew what I was looking for, got me in to see a house before it hit the market and I made a competitive offer right away. Cannot recommend Kevin enough for all of your real estate needs.

Kevin is a very professional, friendly and hard working realtor. I used him for both the selling of my house and the purchase of my current home. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the market very well. He priced my house accordingly when selling, which took no time at all! If I had any questions or wanted to view a property, he got back to me very quickly and with appointments for showings. He was very patient and easy to work with and I never felt like he was pressuring me or trying to oversell me on a home. He worked hard to find me my current home (which I love) and made the process comfortable and easy. I used Kevin as my realtor to purchase my first house. Kevin was great with arranging times to go see houses around my shift work schedule. When looking at houses, especially as a first time home buyer, you don't always pay attention to the details of the house and Kevin was sure to point out the things that I might have otherwise missed. Kevin was excellent to work with during the purchase of my first home in December of 2017. As a first time home buyer I had a few "must haves", and Kevin was able to work with me to find a home that met that criteria, or suggest a substitution for a particular "must have", in order to fit my budget and streamline the process. Highly recommend choosing Kevin for your real estate needs. We had Kevins help for the sale of our old house and purchase of our current house. Any question or concerns were always quickly answered and any time we wanted to view a property he had an appointment set up shortly after. The sale of our house went better than we expected and our house was sold within a few days after being listed.
