Our experience working Vivian, William, Raymond, and the rest of the HAUS team was nothing short of spectacular!

As first time clients and newcomers to the selling process, we weren't sure what to expect. Our concerns quickly disappeared once we met the team for the first time. They were incredibly patient and walked us through the entire selling and strategizing process. The entire team was exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent from start to finish.

What I appreciate most about Vivian, William, and Raymond was their candidness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Although we experienced a couple minor issues, we were incredibly impressed by how quickly they were able respond to any problems we had.

Additionally, the extra services they included like full house cleaning, staging, open houses, and photography/videography really took the experience to the next level and helped position our house beautifully to prospective buyers.

This was our first time selling a house but we have an idea of what other real estate brokerages can offer. The Haus team (William, Raymond, Stephanie) are different from other teams as their process from the initial consultation to the listing of the house is quite impressive. There are some kinks here and there but overall, much better than other teams.

To start off, the pre-listing phase I met with William and he got an idea of what we were looking for in terms of price and what the process would be like as we wanted to sell quickly. Cleaning, moving, staging were all scheduled within a week. Other teams do not help with this and just take photos right away as is to list. All these services are extra costs for other teams but all included as part of the Haus package. The cleaning was exceptional, I plan to use them to clean several houses in the future. The moving was helpful as I couldn't have moved the big items on my own (sofa/bed). The staging was quick and I did not have to be there to supervise.

Some issues: In terms of coordinating the services, there were some services that were delayed that I was not aware of until no one showed. The actual listing information; there were some mistakes that I had to review and correct.

It was a tough market throughout the showings. With interest rate cuts, surprisingly, there was no one making competitive offers or very few/low offers. William always had someone interested and always talked with agents who came for showings to give us some hope. It required us to follow up a lot as we were in a time crunch to sell our house.

Unfortunately due to the market we did not end up selling in time, but luckily we had a plan B. When we did end up selling, Raymond helped out and managed to get us a good offer. He also was able to refer us to some people to help fix some parts of our house at a very good price and fast service. They have a lot of connections with home services.

Overall, we are happy with the Haus team. Their services for pre-listing to get the house ready was professional. The listing phase was good, since we did get a price close to what we were originally hoping for. The market is hard to predict, we chose a wrong time to sell but they still did quite a good job to get close to what we wanted. Thanks Haus team!

The Haus team was recommended to my husband and I through a friend. From the moment we meet, we knew this was the team for us.

Ray and William took to time to sit down with us to go over the action plan for our property. They went into great detail about the work they do in order to get the property on the market from in-depth house cleaning, staging and social media marketing. We were blown away to see how quickly and efficiently the Haus team worked. Within a week our property was on the market.

What we appreciated most was the transparency. They explained to us that the summer month typically is a slower period and the house could sit for longer. They were knowledge in terms of comps for our area and were understanding of our expectation. They were committed, they were focused and within less than 2 weeks our house was sold.

We also used the Haus Team to purchase our forever home. I am not going to lie, my husband and I had were very focused on getting the house we’d been speaking about for years. Most weekends were spent with the team ( Ray, William and Rolando) visiting as many properties as we could see in a day. We had seen upwards for 50 homes by the time we found our forever home.

We cannot thank the team enough for their time and dedication. Selling and buying a home is a scary process but they helped us so much along the way.
