The new building manager is a valuable asset to the team, showcasing exceptional work ethic and dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained building for tenants. His professionalism and kindness are consistently demonstrated through his interactions with tenants and his approach to addressing various issues. Sam and Lee are also commendable in their roles, efficiently managing the building's operations and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Sam's ability to complete tasks efficiently and with a smile is a testament to his outstanding work ethic. Sterling Karamar's hiring of another exceptional team member is praiseworthy.

Expensive rent for a building infested with either cockroaches or bedbugs %89 of the time.. Youd think with such expensive rent, they'd get a proper exterminator or have more of a handle on things.
On the other hand, if you like drugs, this building is up there with Walmart!

I've lived in this building for 3 years and the manager they had before Ashley he didn't do much you'd asked for things to get done nothing would be done since Ashley came in I've let her know about things that needed to be done my kitchen top then thing came off she was there within 15-20 minutes fixed it and she said it's just going to keep doing this I fixed it the best I could we need to get a new tap system I let her know about different issues in the building that needed attention she said thank you very much and got to it with my apartment I've had different issues I've showed her the issues she's doing the best to fix them which the top was the biggest one right now she's work she got that fixed and she's working on another issue and on a scale from 1 to 10 for Ashley Kimball I would give her a 10 out of 10 she's doing the best she can considering there's the construction of the back parking lot in the underground parking she is doing the best job that anybody could do under those circumstances so I feel that she should stay and her performance is above and beyond she cares for her tenants trying to get the things done that they need doing if you had more superintendents like her caring for the tenants working with the tenants you'd find and be a lot less problems so she's done an amazing job I think you should keep her and give her more authority to get things fixed in the building cuz if you do that everything will fall into place you will have tenants caring tenants working together with the property manager and all that so keep her on she's the best one you've had so far and like I said 10 out of 10 I would like to give her a higher Mark than 10 but the scale only goes to 10

Trash place to live unless you like bugs and crack. Stay away if your a decent human being. This place will ruin your life.

Full of roaches and bedbugs. It doesn't matter how often they treat the place, the bugs come back.
