If you are even considering moving into 1211 goodfellow rd, or any other Sterling building, please, for the love of god, don’t. You will regret the decision the day you move in when you find out how many appliances don’t work, how their renovators steal crucial equipment (ex. stole copper from internet line.) and who burried crucial outlets UNDERNEATH THE ISLAND in the kitchen and inaccessible. There are also hundreds of dollars in hidden fees they don’t tell you about until you move (mandatory insurance. $45/month “processing fee?”, and more Not kidding). I do not feel safe in my own apartment, I’m just waiting for something else to break or fall apart (dishwasher was the latest). Management (Jennifer) is useless and accepts no responsibility. Blames everyone else. Tells you it’s not her problem and to call someone else. YOU WILL HATE EVERY SECOND YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THEIR BUILDINGS. DONT FALL FOR THE 1 MONTH DREE DEAL. THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON THEY NEED TO OFFER IT!
