Where do I even begin? My stay at this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, I've been dealing with a severe mouse infestation that has made my family life unbearable. I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is.

The sight of mice scurrying across the floors and countertops has become a daily occurrence. No matter how much I've tried to keep my unit clean, these pests have invaded every corner of my living space. I didn't feel safe or comfortable in my own home.

The management's response to this problem has been utterly disappointing. I've lodged multiple complaints, but they seem to have the pet control guys drop off mice bet ( that does absolutely nothing), and there's no sign of improvement. It's clear that they don't prioritize the well-being of their tenants.

The lack of hygiene caused by this infestation is appalling. The mice have damaged my personal belongings, chewed through wires, and left droppings all over the place( my kid's toys and even drawers ). it was health and safety in this hazardous environment.

It's not just my unit; it seems like the entire complex is plagued with this problem. I've spoken to other residents who are facing the same nightmare, and we all share the same frustration and disappointment.

Living here has become a daily battle against these unwanted invaders. This is not how anyone should have to live, especially when we pay our hard-earned money to stay here.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering this apartment complex for your living needs. The mouse infestation is beyond tolerable, and the management's lack of compassion is deplorable. Save yourself the misery and look elsewhere for a safe and comfortable place to call home.

I have been a residence in this building for a very long time now since 2014. Ever since the old manager has left the building, the apartment has turned into a irresponsible mess of a place. There's a mice infestation if you don't cover all the holes in your house because this place is very very old! The only thing they did was make new flooring and lights (that's what ive noticed). I would rate this place better if the RAT/MICE problem was FIXED! Please METCAP get your stuff together and fix your problem.... Then, you would get more appeal from people!

Like how if you're paying money to stay in this place then could we at least get more SUPPORT on the infestation problem like not only putting mouse bait traps as a resort. If you're able to refurnish this entire place then could you at least HIRE a COMPETENT company that will listen to us and you to better the apartment so that I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT THE BATTLE OF MICE every day.

Honestly you're lucky if you live on the 3rd floor because of this infestation.

If you're going to stay in this place I HIGHLY RECCOMEND GETTING A DOOR BLOCK FOR THE BOTTOM OF YOUR DOOR AND GET A GOOD AMOUNT OF STEEL WOOL AND THE FOAM STUFF TO REINFORCE THE WOOL IN THE HOLES. DONT UNDERESTIMATE THE SIZE OF MICE. THEY CAN GET THROUGH EVEN THE SMALLEST HOLES (LOONIE SIZE).

In conclusion its the rat/mice problem that's just horrendous in this apartment and the manager I think dosen't even care about this place hehehe.

Это место ужасное,тут мыши просто море,и ещё соседи неадекваты,вечно орет один малыш из за которого тут жить невозможно,есть 1 плюс хороший двор,ещё я удивлён что тут даже нет фитнес зала,короче не рикомендую этот дом он ужасен, 1 звезда

Horrible place would not recommend to anyone..I have countless stories of stupidity from Metcap. They double charged up 2 months then took a whole month to refund it ( putting us in Finacial crisis) locked us out of our own place a number of times..lots of broken promises..if one of there buildings is your only choice. I really very sorry for you.
