Jay Hazelwood from The Hazelwood Team was a great realtor for my recent search for a condo. He was very professional and responsive to all my questions honestly and timely. I also did not feel pressured or rushed during my condo search which was very appreciated as I wanted to make sure I liked and was sure about my first home purchase. Viewing appointments were set up timely once I sent my favourite listings and COVID safety protocols were followed during the viewings. The whole process with my first home purchase was very informative and smooth. Jay had up-to-date knowledge of the current market and building strata inquiries and really listened to my needs/wants in a home. I was also well advocated for during the offer process and assuredly guided to the next action steps in the transaction. I am very happy with my new home and the easy process as a whole. Great experience! Don't underestimate the power of a team. We were selling our condo in Langley and wanted a realtor that was easy going but also hard working. Jay and Alison fit that to a T. We had a group text going between myself, my spouse and Jay and Alison set up. Between the 4 of us there was never a time we would ask a question that wasn't answered in a timely manner. With 2 of them there also was never any scheduling issues for things that needed to be done in person as well. Great combination of experience with Alison and awesome techy stuff with Jay. Great help, thanks guys!
