When we decided to sell our quarter section in the Peace River area, we reached out to our corporate real estate contact in Calgary. They recommended Chase from Landquest. Right from the initial contact, Chase was engaged, informative and knowledgeable about the area and ready with a step by step plan to market the property. The paperwork and preliminary back and forth only took a couple of days and Chase was at the property promptly, not only making himself familiar with it on the ground but filming it from the air with his own equipment not contracted out to a third party. While there he also made the effort to knock on neighbours doors which resulted in a verbal offer before we were listed. On the day of listing, Chase was ready with photos, aerial footage and a concise description and story on the surrounding area. Although the initial offer was unsuccessful, the first day the listing was live on Landquest’s website there was over 14,000 views that produced 2 genuine, serious offers. By days end and one counter offer, a deal was done. We had anticipated a rural land deal would take time, months or possibly years to sell, certainly not a day. Chase was well prepared and didn’t miss a beat. His knowledge of the product, the market and the process while being laid back and forthright made the experience as enjoyable as possible. We can’t recommend Chase highly enough. I only wish other agents in the industry would rise to this level.
