I hope you're well. I reported the issue with the leaking and broken sink in my unit about a month ago, but unfortunately, no action has been taken yet.
I kindly request that this be addressed as soon as possible, as it is now impacting daily use and hygiene.

I find this place extremely overpriced and like everywhere else in the lower mainland rent continues to rise. Toilet has not worked reliably since move in and people have come multiple times to “fix it” but do not actually solve the problem. Electrical fuses blow all the time and they are ancient so you have to get maintenance in every time to reset them which can take days. Rats/mice living in the walls and running through the apartment. Would not recommend this place

Been here for almost 10 years quiet building when things break unfortunately it takes weeks to hear back and get it fix it's more like do it yourself type of building. Extremely bad electrical outlets are old and keep burning out so you end up spending money on replacement yourself. There is also a rodent problem which again you fix yourself.
The reason I have 4 stars is because the area is great close to buses & park & this building allows dogs & pets many newer buildings don't so its a great location and its spacious suites however badly managed.

On the surface, everything seems fine, but once you live here, you realize there are rats that emerge!
Unfortunately, the building management hasn't taken any action to address this issue.
I've been living in this place for two months, and my experience has been far from satisfactory.

I have been living in this building for 3 years. The staff are super friendly and responsive. They are very supportive and help you whenever there is a problem in the building. There is a functional portal that you can simply request any fixing or change services. The apartment is safe and peaceful and most of the shared spaces are equipped with the cameras. It is very close to main shopping center and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this building.

If you value your belongings, steer clear of this building. I've had multiple items stolen from the communal storage area, and management has been no help whatsoever. They even had the audacity to remove my storage without permission even though it is against Canadian tenant's law.
