Unfortunately, our manager of the last couple of years has left the building and her absence is noticeable. When she started, she immediately began to address outstanding (sometimes serious) issues, by connecting with and responding to tenant concerns quickly, directly and efficiently. And over a short period of time, the idea of "Community" was no longer just a cliched marketing buzzword - it actually became one. It marked a major change for many residents.

Now, Capreit has reverted to its old management "model" - one that spreads too few apparently inexperienced and overwhelmed personnel over too many buildings providing them little or no opportunity for effective contact with the tenants. And the difference is already showing. Sad.

It was a great pleasure having Aida as the building manager during my time living in Royal Ridge. She was friendly and professional, and got the job done. Also loved the convenience of having amenities such as a on-site gym, along with parks and a Skytrain station within walking distance!

Her management style aligns perfectly with the expectations of a skilled building manager. Our experience with addressing minor concerns in our apartment has been seamless, with remarkably swift response times for resolution. Aida goes beyond mere managerial duties, fostering a relationship where tenants feel like friends or family, standing by us through both favorable and challenging times.

I have been living here for a couple years, and I can say that lots of improvement have been done. Since Capreit opened a dedicated office in the building, all solicitations have been quickly responded. Our Associate Property Manager is super friendly and accessible. We have a gym that was recently renovated, and repairs are up to date. In addition, the building is very well located, close to 2 skytrain stations, parks and grocery stores.

Have lived in a handful of apartment buildings and this one has been the best so far. Whenever we have an issue it is communicated right away and the response is fast and effective. Building manager is so friendly and compassionate which is VERY hard to find now days. Highly recommend!

Clean, great communication, and pet friendly.
The building is clean, the hallways are cleaned weekly, as well the back area.
We have great communication with the manager Aida, which makes you feel reliability from administration.
It also provides maintenance when needed.
The apartment was freshly painted when we moved in and the appliances are modern.
The best part is the location, the skytrain is just 2 blocks away!! Overall the area is great with Pier Park and Tipperary park just 2 blocks away.
There is a Saves on food and Walmart not that far away. And plenty of restaurants near by.
And for us what makes us love our place is that is pet friendly and the entire area is super pet friendly! We have Queens Park with a dog park just a couple of blocks away!
Overall my husband and I are really pleased with Royal Ridge Apartments.

I've been living in this building for 7 month, the apartments are in very good condition, the building is well maintained and the Manager Aida has always been very helpful. The location is also great, Skytrain station is just steps away, there also a nearby School, various parks and grocery stores.
