I worked with Kinga with the purchase of my condo. From the first meeting I could tell she really knew her stuff. She was able to work with my needs and my extremely busy schedule. The many units we viewed we found one that was perfect and Kinga was knowledgeable was able to negotiate a good price and put me in touch with the right people to set up my financing through her in house mortgage broker. She even took care of contents left behind by the old owners that were supposed to be removed by possession date. If you have the opportunity of working with Kinga you can be assured you are in good hands.

I met Kinga to invest in a rental property for the first time. She is great at her work, you name it and she will find it. She found the perfect condo for me, which was in high demand. She was even able to negotiate with the sellers to get me the condo under asking-price. Afterwards, for my second invested primary residence, she also got exactly what I wanted and she negotiated back and forth to get me the most reasonable price possible. I am extremely satisfied with her work, she really does know her stuff and surely one of the best in her business.
Highly recommended and you wont be disappointed with her. Looking forward to do more real estate investment with her.
