This building is a horrible place to live, and I strongly advise against moving here. The building is old, the interior does not meet code requirements, and management does not assist when issues arise. The contractors are inexperienced and have been tearing down and rebuilding the same unit for years, causing constant noise and disrupting residents throughout that time.

The building is also infested with pests. I have tried pest control several times, but nothing has worked. In fact, the pest control professionals told me that the entire building is already heavily infested, making it nearly impossible to resolve the problem.

Additionally, from evening until morning, the entire building reeks of a strong sewer smell, making it extremely unpleasant to live here. On top of that, rusty water often comes out in the bathroom, which makes using water feel unsafe and unhygienic.

To make matters worse, a handyman or staff member has occasionally tried to open my door without notice even when I had double locked it, they still managed to open it. This is extremely creepy and unsettling. The fire alarm also malfunctions frequently, going off for no reason and creating unbearable noise.

I have reached the point where I can no longer tolerate these issues and am preparing to move out.

Sarita was even able to negotiate a small discount for me! And even on the day of arrival she prepared everything so that my arrival was as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
