Carolina helped us with both selling our condo, and buying a house. She was able to alleviate a large amount of stress in all aspects across the board.

She has contacts that helped with everything ranging from getting ready for listing photos, creating 3d tours, and staging for walk throughs. She also simplified the monitoring of new listings tailored to our wants, prompt viewings, and even had a great home inspector to recommend when we found the house. My wife and I decided that we were going to look for a condo in Victoria
We were from out of town
We contacted Carolina and she very quickly picked up on just exactly what we were looking for and we showed us a number of units. We were unable to locate one while in Victoria, but shortly after we left town the perfect one came up.
Carolina did a very personal video with comments about the condition of the unit and was able to get all the information and complete the offer.
Carolina did an excellent job including the closing and inspection at time of transfer.

Andrew was great! He responded quickly to all of our requests, he worked with intregrity, never tried to influence us towards a decision, was sensitive to what we were looking for and went out of his way to secure a new home for us. Andrew was amazing to work with! We couldn't get to Victoria to see the homes we liked due to COVID-19, so Andrew not only did a number of virtual tours for us, but he was also incredibly thorough in pointing out the pros and cons of each home and area.
