Amber would go above and beyond, examining both the exterior and interior of the home to ensure we were aware of any issues that would need to be addressed if we were to purchase the property. Of all the amazing traits that Amber holds, our favourite was her patience as she allowed us to form our opinions about each house we looked at. She truly was working for us, and learned what we really wanted/needed from the purchase by listening. This allowed her to guide us towards the absolute best choice for us. I have purchased many homes in the last few years, hours away from where we were looking to relocate to. Amber was referred to my family by my current real estate agent when we mentioned we were looking to do a long distance move. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. We were looking for rural properties, all of which were 45 minutes apart from eachother. Without hesitation, she set up all the viewings on our schedule (when we were down in the area) on very short notice. The distances between were not short, they weren’t her listings, we were only starting to look, and yet, she came beyond prepared with all information, and was able to get the information she didn’t have ASAP. We wanted to look at a house that was a stretch outside our comfort zone, which she knew, yet she setup the time so we could see it anyways. End of the day, we fell in love with it. It took quite some time to come to agreeable terms, there were hurdles (outside of Ambers control), and yet she was kind, patient, and had all the answers instantly when needed. Not sure we will be looking for another home anytime soon. But you best believe that Amber will have my highest recommendation to anyone looking. I don’t often leave reviews. If I have nothing nice to say, I don’t usually write a review. If it’s average or even good service, I won’t leave a review. But to say she deserves the review would be an understatement.
