Dealing with the rental application I had to wait to hear back, but that was expected, they kept in contact with me to give me updates instead of most places that just stopped responding. Got the keys when they said I would, and there awesome with respond to emails quickly.

Office is unorganized. Called to with draw our rent on a couple of occasions… Lied about it made excuses …. To first get our place the landlord told them he wanted us. The guy at the time who was later fired was on a huge power trip. We almost walked away. Glad we stayed because land lord is awesome.

Never rent from this company. Avoid at all costs! Their rental agent sent messages charging me for rent when both the owner and I agreed to terminate the lease earlier. They also have the audacity to fabricate lies by making issues in the unit which was already exisiting prior to me moving in despite reporting it to them and bylaw

If I could give them a 0 I would! They change rules on you all the time and do poor work as well as reak of cigarettes when they come do any work in your place…they’re very unprofessional!

As a tenant, my experience with A Plus Management has been nothing short of a disaster. This company clearly has no respect for tenants and operates with an alarming level of incompetence and malice. When A Plus Management took over my building, their “welcome” was a 14-day eviction notice based on the completely unfounded accusation that I hadn’t paid my rent.

I immediately reached out to my landlord, who confirmed via email that my rent was paid on time. Instead of owning up to their mistake and apologizing, A Plus Management had the gall to demand proof of my payment. This isn’t just poor management—it’s a deliberate and cruel tactic designed to intimidate and unsettle tenants.

If a less assertive person had received that eviction notice, they could have been wrongfully evicted due to A Plus Management’s reckless and abusive practices. In today’s sky-high housing market, this isn’t a mere error—it’s a calculated act of cruelty. Throughout my experience with numerous landlords and property managers, I’ve never encountered such a blatantly hostile and unaccountable attitude.

Basic human decency should dictate how we treat one another, not threats and intimidation. My personal experience has only confirmed the worst of the horror stories I’ve heard about A Plus Management.

It’s utterly disgraceful that any landlord would choose to work with a company that operates in such a reprehensible manner.

I come from out of town, filled out application, I'm ready to visit. Three properties interest me.
The lady I emailed back and forth said we can schedule a time and date. I suggest Friday pm because that the only time I get off work.
Today morning, haven't heard back, she responds that she does not do visits on Friday?
I suggested a virtual tour, where she can go in and show me by camera the apartments. She says she can't to that either.
Absolutely not flexible, they probably prefer renters that are on low income over those who can afford and upkeep the property.
Really backwards mentality.

Poor management that takes advantage of the less fortune. Don't deal with Amanda she offers the worst service and doesn't care about anyone. Over a month and a half in the dark and still not fixed

A Plus has done an excellent job with my property. They've seamlessly coordinated all repairs and renovations and have been incredibly professional throughout every step of the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a property manager in the area.
