Very expensive and unsafe. Management recently assaulted by tenant. Currently no control over day to day activities. Balcony reconstruction has been active for 5 months. The constant noise levels are unacceptable, and will continue for another long while. Rent increases are constant without regard for living conditions. A rent reduction should be considered to compensate for the poor living conditions. Totally disgusting. Do not move here

People who have been incarcerated for anything is not going to be getting a apartment here!! Landlord was very mean about it to me and I was just looking for a apartment on DSS help and was totally put in a spot for trying to better my life

Awesome staff...well kept and clean....
So it's 10 months since my original review and I would like to add...thank you to not only, Todd and Karen, and Ray and Cindy, but to all my neighbors on the 5th floor for being the "village" in helping me to seeing my grandchildren go from birth to their first day of school...it really does take a village and I couldn't be more happy that it was here at Lorneville apartments...BEST MANAGEMENT AND NEIGHBOURS EVER !!!! 🤗

******well,....it is with dismay and regret that I am updating my last review with disdain and sadness...there have been many changes here at Lorneville and unfortunately the pleasant, familial sentiment is no longer...tenants who cause problems ignore written warnings for noise levels...parties ongoing until later hours of the night even on weekdays...no staff to address problems as they are happening leaving tenants to call police..profanities etched into mailboxes...it's alot...it's scary as an older woman, and a lack of sleep and anxiety is becoming a steady diet...especially when tenants start yelling at other tenants from their balconies in frustration from the noise...at least the pungent smell of marijuana has been somewhat mitigated since a letter from the office was finally sent out...the change of having a 1-800# after 5pm puts the problem solving of these problems in the hands of the tenants which will only cause the future reputation of this address to denigrate sadly enough...quality of living and sense of pride where you live is important. Staffing changes are inevitable, however the enjoyment of living in a respectful and cohesive environment with staff who are present and caring is where it begins. Respect is what keeps things in order.

I love to give credit where credit is due and I would like to thank Bill yesterday for taking such good care of me after I fell well or should I say the elevator door is closed on me from staying with me calling 911 and waiting till the ambulance arrived and saw me off and I have to admit them taking care of them meaning Bill and his wife Lyette and taking my dogs into my apartment while I received medical treatment again thank you so kindly your kindness does not go unnotice

From the building always falling apart, to the rooms being so small it's a joke. The staff did nothing but harass me to the point that I was to scared to leave my apartment. Got to the point that even the threatening notes from the staff under the door became too much and I moved. The and asking people to pay $2500 nothing included is crazy. I'm so happy my family and I moved before it got to the point of me jumping off the fourth story Belconnen.

Should be ashamed of themselves . Advertised studio for 1265 and scheduled a viewing only to find out from the time of my call to a day later advertisement was deleted and replaced with new advertising quoting 1500 for same place ... Not cool

The managers always harass us and we feel unsafe to leave our apartment sometimes and it's easily the worst place we moved. Thank you Eva for making our time here so far a pleasant one, especially swearing at us that was nice
