Do not live here! The “renovations” are trash work and all you can smell is cigarette and weed smoke. They must be desperate for money because the new tenants I see are absolutely disgusting. They hang outside, dressed like slobs. I’m so glad I’m out of that disgusting place. I heard a new tenant hoping the bed she’s bringing in doesn’t have bedbugs! Management….what is wrong with you

If i could give them zero stars i would. They ignore our calls; they dont fix any of the issues. It's a bug infested building where the walls bleed yellow. They walk into our unit with no notice and blame us for problems they have caused. They run you in circles for months and lie about fixing things that have not been fixed. Mostly its the bugs and the yellow bleeding walls for me. And the constant odor of cigarettes throughout the unit and building.
To update the question. I was having a bahy and they asked me inappropriate questions about my contractions and literally stalked me on my way to the hospital for complications. I hope someone gets in trouble for this.

The newly renovated units constantly smell like cigarettes. All the buildings have heavy smokers who smoke in their units and it leaks through the vents everywhere and into our apartment and management is not doing anything to help
