If i could give 1 star i would!! For 3 years I been on file to speak on behalf of someone as they suffer with some mental health issues. The person I call for had appointment for two issues one of those issue was their meds had run out and these meds are to make sure they don’t get sick. So I call and the person on the phone wouldn’t let me talk and I have a witness to whole phone call I never raised my voice only thing I stated was “ are you going to let me talk”. They said someone will call the person I speak for. Then call the person I am helping and tell them that they drop them as a client. Not renewing her meds, not giving her results of test she got done. Just dropping her!!! This is the worst service I have ever experience at a Drs. Office!! I will be looking into what formal complaint I can file.

They are extremely rude on the phone . Your a 6 week wait to see Dr austin , your a 3 week wait to see the nurse . If your looking for a family doctor try one that's open more then 2 days a week this place is a joke . They have a 160 $ annual fee and you can't get in to see him anyways . Ladies at reception you don't like you job get a new one.

My father in law needs an insurance form filled out, and has consistently been told it'll take 2-3 months? To fill out a page and a half form of basic questions that is required for him to get his payments. Telling him it'll cost at least $85 to fill the form, but could be more because it's just too difficult to say.... Makes so sense and sounds like such a scam. I told him to find another doctor and he agreed! Taking his business somewhere else.

I can't even see if they are going to book me for an appointment any time soon when I'm having alot of issues because no one is picking up. I've been trying to call for the last 30 minutes. Going to keep trying and if not I'll call back tommorow but this is ridiculous I can understand staffing shortages but this just seems like no one is there. Can't leave message to call back. I'm pretty peeved and my care there hasn't been great but maecel has always been really good. Vouriot not so much. But I hope I can get through to even speak with someone. =_=
So update I've been trying to get ahold of them for over an hour now easily. Their office isn't closed I've called so many times to only be hung up on all I want is an appointment this Is ludicrous.
I've called no joke 432 times. I know it's alot but everytime I get sent to voice mail or lines busy for the last at least 2 hours now if not longer for an appointment it's not like I'm doing this for jokes or for the fun of it this is terrible reception and I am so angry.

Our family has received way better health care at this facility than we ever received at our previous physicians office in Sarnia. Free parking is readily available, we are seen at our schedule appointment time without a long wait, and we do not have to pay a $200 yearly "Family Fee". We have all been seen several times by our Family Physician, used the lab, and the dietician services as well as having taken cooking classes, and feel that this facility serves our community quite well so long as you can follow their schedule of operations. I believe if a patient here has an emergency during the Corunna's closed hours that they have the option of scheduling a visit with a Dr. in the Sarnia Rapids Family Health offices, or going to the ER in Petrolia. I do hope that the practice grows in Corunna as the need is shown.

This is the second time I have had to call the office for referrals and both times they said they sent it but, when I call the place they just received it after I call Dr Austin,'s office that day not when Austin's off was supposed to.
