i moved to 67 church in ajax on8 may, 2025. application to acceptance took only 1 day. kanisha, the leasing agent was exceptionally responsive and pleasant. given that moving is near the top of my list of unpleasant experiences - i'd rather have a root canal without anesthesia - kanisha helped me through this move so that it was smooth. in the interest of full disclosure, i still hate moving but it is a wonderful place to move into.

Community Leasing Agent Jeremy has made this experience so easy for us. Great clear communication and friendly. Also very diligent in getting back to you. Normally within 24 hrs.
The only reason I gave 4 starts is because we haven't moved in yet. But I very pleased with all the service and interaction we have had with InterRent and Superintendent thus far. Can't wait to move into our new home! Thanks Jeremy. 😊

I recently moved to 67 Church st, from I contacted the company for any vacancies they were pleasant. I spoke with Jeremy one of the lease agent and he help my son and I through the whole process. He replied to every message with answers and reassurance. The unit is lovely! The community is quiet, peaceful and the residents that I’ve met so far are so welcoming. After 7 months of living here I’ve removed a couple stars only because of parking. It’s not suitable for newer tenants with more than one vehicles, even with assigned parking space, you risk it being taken and I can barely have a guest visit because there are only two visitors parking which is almost never empty.

When I moved into 67 Church Street in 2017, the service and management was excellent. In 2021 there was a water leak that came down to my apartment. It created mold. The top Management refused to acknowledge there was mold in my unit even though I had lots of evidence. I had to move ASAP because my health was deteriorating as a result of the mold, coupled with the stress of management ignoring my situation. I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone.

Tricia, She is PHENOMENAL. I have never dealt with such an honest outgoing person with wonderful things to say and such encouragement in all my rental days. I felt so welcomed and greeted with such care. I would recommend her to anyone for any CLV GROUP apartments. She was routing for me the entire way along and I could not have asked for a better associate. If I could give 6 stars. I WOULD! FABULOUS JOB CLV GROUP! SHES A KEEPER.

I have lived at 67 Church for 2 1/2 years, after looking at rental after rental I came across this building. It is an older building but with older buildings you get spacious living. The hardest part of looking for a rental is finding "Pet Friendly", my fur babies are very happy here :). The location is fantastic, Pickering village is right at your door, which offers lots of choices for restaurants and some shopping. Schools and the main bus line for Ajax / Pickering is less than a 5min walk away. The management group is good and I have had no problems getting things done when required which hasn't been very often. I am a happy resident and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Hope you find this review helpful.

Tatiana she cleans everyday and Saturday and Sunday and clean the garbage the elevators and the Landry she cleans everyday and she's very clean and responsible she picks up the garbage from the parking . She will be cleaning and when she's done people will dirty it again and it's only the new people that the company is bringing they dirty the elevators and the garbage and the hallways. But over all tatiana is very clean she know and she very nice and respectful person
