Janath is highly professional and an excellent Realtor. I was attempting to buy a home from Calgary. Over the years we have known and dealt with many realtors, and have not met anyone as dedicated to their work as Janath Thevathasan.
After extensive research and interviewing many realtors we almost signed up with one of the top realtors in the area, very well known for their professionalism and success.
We met Radikha Kailayapallai and Janath Thevathasan in early 2020, when they were proactively introducing themselves in our neighborhood. All they asked for was for a chance to explain how they can add value to help us get top dollar for our home. They made suggestions on making a few very minor changes to our home to add thousands of dollars in value.
Janath's confidence, enthusiasm, honesty and thoroughness were unwavering. He personally made sure the changes were completed cost effectively, efficiently, professionally and in a very timely fashion. His network and ability to execute was phenomenal. His entire team of realtors helped us every step of the way.
I was a very difficult client and had certain expectations. Janath exceed those expectations. It is certainly stressful selling a home you have lived in for years.
