Brandy was absolutely amazing at helping us find our dream home. Being first time home buyers we were nervous and not sure what to expect. Brandy has been absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond for my family twice. She got us our dream home even when there were multiple offers on the property. She then sold our house way over asking in just a couple of days on the market. She staged our house and made it show so well. She is so easy to work with and is always so honest. She listened to all of our needs and steered us in the right direction. She is very personable and incredibly patient. She made the entire experience much less overwhelming. She would even play hide and seek with our daughter so that we could have a better chance to really see the houses while our young daughter was entertained. Brandy is extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to either find you the perfect home or sell your home for the best price possible. Brandy has helped us sell two houses, both sold way above expectations (the most recent 450,000 above asking!) due to her amazing free staging service, and completely straight forward and honest advice prior to listing. If you do exactly as she asks you are guaranteed not to be disappointed. She knows what she is talking about having been in this business for a long time. She has an exceptional eye for detail and is extremely thorough making sure everything is favourable for her clients. She literally helped us purchase our dream home with 0 notice the same day.
