We recently immigrated to Canada (Ottawa) as a large family of 8 people, and finding a rental home was extremely difficult. Most landlords were unwilling to rent to such a big family, and we faced many rejections.

Thankfully, we connected with Michael and Margarita, and they were truly amazing. They were always responsive, kept searching for options, and knew exactly how to communicate with landlords to present our case in the best way.

Because of their hard work and support, we were able to rent a brand-new home in a great neighborhood, without needing to extend our temporary stay — which saved us a lot of extra expenses.

Hi everybody! We have just moved to Ottawa, Kanata. We are now renting a house that suits us perfectly. Margarita found it when we were still in Israel and helped us contacting the owner on line and processing the payment from abroad. It was a new experience for us and we were surprised it was possible to organise everything in a way we were able to go straight home from the airport. Everything had been arranged.
