Terrible follow up on maintenance issues.
One garage door has been out of service for 2 months and it also seems impossible to get an operating water faucet in the dog park. I have gone to the admin office 3 times in the middle of the day and it's locked with no one in attendance.

Williams Court in Kanata management can be described as incompetent, disrespectful and driven by greed. They pray on the elderly to suck as much money out of them as possible to maximize shareholder profit. Our maintenance requests are completely ignored time and time again and management refuses to meet us in person. Don't bother using the 'Tenant Portal' - no one will heed your ridiculous requests. They insist on communicating by email only. Don't bother knocking on Yeans the Administrator's door, she will simply avoid you like the Plague. If you move to these apartments, forget about security, which is a joke. The security video cameras have been broken for months and the Killam management is too cheap to have them repaired. The roof in the clubhouse leaks so badly the gym floor is often soaking wet. Maybe they will reach into their pockets when the clubhouse roof finally collapses? Williams Court was a magnificent place to live at one time but the current owners are doing their best to destroy it.

My mother has lived there for 10 years. When Lepine ran it, it was very well run but Killam is running it into the ground. No security, a bug problem, and zero communication from office staff to residents. Sad because it’s a lovely building in a great location.

I have recently moved into Williams court, I was immediately impressed with the leasing staff. They coordinated and assisted with my entire move. Now that I am resident and dealing with Kristi in administration and she has been extremely helpful, I always feel welcome coming into the office, no matter what the issue is. The common areas are always kept clean, the clubhouse is an amazing bonus to Williams court.
I have been here for a short time, but I am incredibly happy with my experience thus far. I would recommend to everyone.

Very nice luxury apartments with lots of amenities available at an affordable price. From gym, pool, coffee house and nice rooftop patio, everything you need to make your stay pleasant. The building itself was always kept clean and in good shape. The upgrades in the apartments are pretty high end. What made the stay more enjoyable was the quality of service and professionalism from the rental office staff and building management. Whenever something came up, which was rare, the staff always went out of their way to ensure that any issues were rectified in record time. Overall extremely satisfied and will miss the place. Highly recommend renting there.

We dealt with Hannah Osborne at Maritime Way in Kanata. We were treated with respect from the moment we walked into her office. The building is professionally managed both administratively and technically. Hannah and her staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken care and that all of our needs were met. I highly recommend to any potential clients that they take a serious look at this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Worst Place to stay!!! Staff names Yeans and Hannah are not professional and Liz is no help with anything. They just waste your time saying they will get someone to call back but never return the call. When calling head office, they refuse to provide names. They took my last month deposit and never returned it. They faked the damages and gave me a bill of over $1000 for a fogged cooktop. They are liars and will steal your money. Do not trust them!!! The evidence is shown by many tenants that they are trying to play games with everyone. Williams Court, you have been exposed. You will be reported and anyone who has had this experience, please report them to Landlord and Tenant Board !!!! Don’t let them continue to do this.

Took advantage of my financial situation by tacticly doing an upgrade under my expense. Horrible place to live in. The staff members in the same office provided me with contradicting and wrong information when asked a question about their policies, and extremely rude and unhelpful.
There is so much to say but this review is a warning to those who even think of staying in a place like this. DO NOT! Basically made me pay another last month deposit at time of my departure so it is not named as a damage deposit. Then they will look for things that need upgrading in the apartment to attract the next customer, and nitpick at you for the littlest thing you could imagine, and instead using a few dollars to fix that tiny problem, they will order the whole item to be replaced at your expense using that so called 'second last month deposit'. Weird isn't it? I was shocked!
