She is phenomenal! Elisa is friendly, flexible and hardworking, but she is also extremely knowledgeable, does a lot of research, isn't afraid to give you her opinion or suggestions and helps her clients understand the 'math' for successful real estate transactions when buying and selling. Elisa helped us buy our first house in Ottawa, and this was no small feat given that we lived abroad and had to do everything online.
The situation was very stressful for us, since we couldn't actually experience the houses we were visiting remotely and their neighbourhood.
